Willow Shores Resort Cancellation Policy

To receive a 100% full refund, guests must cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking or 60 days prior to the date of arrival.

A 50% refund will apply should guests cancel their reservation between 14 and 60 days prior to the date of arrival.

There will be no refund should guests cancel their reservation less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival.
